Extended Stay America Select Suites - Las Cruces

This place suits me perfectly and has everything I need, fast wi-fi, free parking, laundry facilities, and a tv. The staff even helped me find my lost ring on my first stay, which I really appreciated. I'm coming back for Christmas.

I was happy with hotel's favourable location in the middle of jackson. I liked convenient placing of central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave oven in the a double room. Everything was simply good...

the location of the property was particularly good, in the middle of jackson. we got a room with a bath.

The location was great, with lots of stores around!

The halls reeked of dog urine and the outside was not very clean.

I almost was ready to give a good review, but then i noticed the shower was filthy, with left over hair everywhere and dead bugs on the towels! I was expecting a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, yet got nothing. Such a letdown, definitly not the level of service woudl ve been expected at a hotel.
